Please note that we do not ship outside of the Continental United States and Canada.
|U.S.A.||Monday – Friday delivery only. Please allow 3-8 business days for delivery.|
|Toronto & Area||Local deliveries take place Monday through Friday, between 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m. Same-day delivery is available if the order is received by 10:30 a.m. that day. Any orders placed after 10:30 a.m. will be for next day delivery. We have limited Saturday delivery. Please call (416) 908-3537 for details.|
|Ontario & Quebec||Monday – Friday delivery only. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for delivery.|
|Western Canada, Prairie Provinces, The Maritimes & Northern Territories||Monday – Friday delivery only. Please allow 4 to 7 days for delivery.|

|Festive Season Delivery||Avoid disappointment by placing your order(s) as early as possible during our busy festive season (November – December).|
Wrap Artist Baskets takes great care in packaging all of our baskets to ensure that they arrive in excellent condition. Because we cannot personally hand deliver all of the baskets ourselves, please report any damaged shipments to us within 48 hours of receipt. We will make every effort to replace any damaged items reported within this time frame. While your satisfaction is very important to us, we cannot be responsible for any damage that is not reported within this time. Please be sure to keep all damaged packaging as it may be requested by the carrier.
Intact food baskets are not returnable due to health and safety concerns. Any other kinds of non-perishable gifts may be exchanged by the recipient. Merchandise must be returned to our head office by the recipient. Please phone us at (416) 908-3537 during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 EST). All merchandise authorized for return by Wrap Artist Baskets must be returned in the original carton. No credit or replacement will be issued until the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by our staff.
